TB mare for part least, Fraser Valley BC

Due to time constraints with school I am looking for a leaser for March 1st for 2 days a week for my mare, would consider more to the right person.

Beverley is a 5 year old, coming 6 in March, TB. She is green broke, however she is sane, but due to her size and that she is still learning the ropes herself I would like a teenager or young adult who is confident in their abilities (thinking advanced beginner, may consider intermediate++). Prefer leaser to be in lesson program with coach on site. Beverley is very honest and willing to please, she really wants to make her rider happy. W/T/C on lunge, W/T/C under saddle. Has been started over small fences, she pops right over no hesitation. Stands for vet/farrier and to groom/tack up. Quick learner. She is kept UTD on everything. Is also clipped right now so leaser would not need to stand around for hours after a ride to cool out. Very much a "people horse", loves attention. Is currently in consistent work, does not mind going for a double bareback ride now and again

Beverley is at a wonderful facility in the Mt Lehman area of Abbotsford BC (close to Aldergrove/Bradner/Mission), so not looking to move her. Daily turnout, large stalls and large isle way, individual tack lockers, hot/cold wash bay. Large outdoor and large indoor on site. Close to trails. Barn hosts schooling shows. I am looking forward to taking Beverley to a few shows over summer to get her show career going, will likely start in hunters and move forward from there. Beverley has potential for anything, has done western trail rides over summer though I do have more of an english focus. Leaser would be welcome to trailer to shows.

I am very flexible with days. I am looking for a longer term leaser as I am in school and Beverley is a horse who likes to be in full work
Beverley is not for sale and also not looking to move facilities.

$160 gets you 2 days a week, may consider more to the right person. My main concern for this girl is finding her the perfect match!

Video: the last clip is my boyfriend, his fourth ride ever on a horse. He was green to horses when I purchased Beverley but quickly fell in love with her and now he handles her almost daily.

    Will post pictures soon!
