awesome! I hope I'll get to see her! Okay sorry I STILL do not understand leasing hahaha after it's been explained a thousand times. So at the barn the
Monthly bill to keep a horse there is about 300 dollars, and your lease is 150 dollars, so would I pay 450 a month in all or would you pay 150 of the 300 a
Month
Or what haha I'm confused..

you pay me $150 a month, then any other expenses like shoeing, board, lessons etc is covered by you. IF the horse injures itself then we split vet bills, if the injury to the horse is directly caused by the leasee (you) then you pay the vet bill.. Get it?

Month ( because 300 is vet farrier feed board ex)

Would you consider a free lease? That way you don't have to worry about expenses while you try to rehome her.
