Thoroughbred mare for sale

It is with a heavy heart that I am listing my mare for sale :(

She is a coming 6 year old mare, registered Jockey Club as Santana Maria if you would like to view her breeding info.

She is solid bay with a few stray white hairs for a star and snip and a random roaning pattern on her right hind.

I would consider her green with limited training, but she has a solid walk, trot, canter both directions. She has a very sweet temperament and is not very "mare-ish" at all.

I would definitely recommend an Intermediate to Advanced rider for her.

I don't have many recent pictures of her as I have been very busy lately, but I can get pictures of anything within 24 hours, so please let me know if you need something specific.

I am asking $1000 obo to a good home. I will most likely ask for vet and farrier references.

Here are some pictures from last October:

Here is a VERY brief video of her in the pasture just to show her trot:

Beautiful Mare

She is beautiful! Why are you selling her?
Have you jumped with her more then in the video?Does she like it or is it not her thing?
Any health problems?
Thanks

She's beautiful. Looks like a mare I'm trying out this week. I love how lanky she is :)

And is it me, or is the right knee in the picture a little oddly shaped?

Thanks! I am selling her because I just literally don't have the time to spend with her anymore. Between building a custom home and a new promotion at work, I am just busy busy!

We have had her over small cross rails only, nothing higher than 18". She seems to be very brave, she has never refused anything we have sent her over. She seems to really enjoy it, she is still just learning where to put her feet though.

She hasn't had any health issues in the time I have had her except for a scrape here and there, normal stuff. Once I found the right feed for her, she is actually a pretty easy keeper believe it or not.

When I bought her I got a full pre-purchase exam done, including x-rays since I wanted an Eventing prospect. I wanted to make sure she was clean and capable of doing Eventing. My vet was more than thrilled with how she checked out.

Thank you very much! I can assure you that she has no issues with her knees or joints of any kind :)

Why is it that every horse that comes up for sale that I really like may as well be on the moon as it's so far away?

Gee, it's only 1500 mi. And that's just to get there. Lets see, figure about $1 mi pulling a trailer, I'd have to put a mortgage on the place.

The knee looks odd because she has the whole foot/leg rotated out from how she is standing. It does not appear that she toes out, she just didn't stand square for the pictures IMO. Good luck finding her a home! I would snatch her up if she were closer!
