I have a really nice TB mare that would be a great low level eventer. She's on the aids, solid training level dressage and schooling first. Can hold herself in frame and goes well off of seat and leg (although she likes a quiet seat/aids so someone that likes to sit deep and drive tends to freak her out). She will jump around a 2'6 course, has jumped to 3' with a rider and free jumps 3'6 like it's nothing. I have been sick/injured almost consecutively for the last year and so she has stayed riding fit and has been progressing slowly with her training but she needs finished/polished in everything. Consider her a broke but green event prospect haha if that makes sense. She gets cranky when she sits but she's super sweet when she's in work and not bored out of her mind. I love her but she is too much horse to be sitting around getting ridden on the weekends or inconsistently. She's always been in the ribbons no matter where I take her and dressage judges have loved her. She's a mild cribber but does great with a strap and I have never had her destroy anything with it as long as she has the strap and enough hay to keep her oral fixation happy. She has 4 regular shoes and a low dose joint supplement. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
if you're interested in a free lease. She's in Central PA but I'm willing to free lease her out to a good home that will put her to work and show her off. I can get video/pics for you if you're interested. Thanks!
