WANTED: Free off farm lease

Hello I am looking for a horse thats good for intermediate riders thats for free lease off farm as I am in NC and will be boarding it at a stable that will bout about 40 min from where Im moving to.

I have been riding on and off for almost 14 years. However I wont be the only rider which is why I need an intermediate horse, I will be helping my mother-inlaw and possibly father-inlaw learn how to ride. I will be the primary rider but just putting it out there that occasional beginners will be riding.

I prefer a gelding but mares are ok and theres no color or age preference. Just that the horse be people friendly and patient. Oh and atleast 15hh

I will be keeping the horse most likely in Angier NC

I'm up in Alberta, but have a broke Arabian mare for free lease if anyone is interested. No beginnger's - She's a git-r-done kinda horse!

Would you be willing to do a free off farm lease? Im not a beginner and Id be the main rider so I dont see how there would be a problem, I prefer horses with get-up-n-go. Could you post some pictures also?
