Wanted: Off-Farm Lease in MD

Posting for a friend:

Looking for an off-farm lease, willing to travel within an hour or two of Silver Spring, MD to try horse. Rider must be able to bring horse to own farm, rider has a trainer and is in a regular lesson/show program. Willing to pay up to a few hundred a month but open to offers under that or free as well. Horse will be insured if desired by owner.

Rider is an advanced beginner/intermediate type young adult looking for a horse to do Intro/Training level dressage and low hunters, ~2'-2'6" at local level shows. Horse doesn't need to be fancy at all, saintly and sane is more important, and must be 15 hh or higher, sorry no ponies!

Please let me know if you know of anything that might be remotely suitable!!
