WANTED: Riding horse in Arkansas

I have a client looking for a horse. She wants something 15-15.3h, 6-13 yrs old, relatively quiet under saddle, and knows the basics (W/T/C). She's looking for a horse that is sound and sane for arena work and some light trail riding (both English and western). The horse does not need a lot of formal training, as long as it will trot and canter safely in an arena or pasture. Breed, gender, and color do not matter, no gaited horses though.

Price is a concern of course, but she's willing to pay for the right horse.
