Warmblood for Lease in Edmonton, AB

Stoney is a 17hh Warmblood X Thoroughbred. He is 12 years old and fleabitten grey.

Im offering him up for lease for someone looking for a well broke horse to ride hunt, or dressage. He is very well broke, collects and extend easily. His flying lead changes arent automatic, but we are working on them. He transistions both up and down are beautiful. He will pick up the right lead 99% of the time. He is an easy, uncomplicated ride.

As well, he is potentially up for lease for an experienced jumper. He has been jumped up to 3'3, and shown 2'6 (And he came in 1st with the girl who used to lease him). However, he hasnt jumped in a few months and im just getting him back into it. He does get excited over fences, thats why im only willing to lease to a jumper with experience. He would be perfect for someone wanting to show 2'6/2'9 this summer, as i wont be showing and higher than 2'3 at most.

The lease would include the use of tack, saddle, bridal, brushes, and boots. However, if you have your own saddle that would fit him, i have no problem with that. Mine is a 17.5 inch close contact saddle.

We board at Amberlea Meadows, and im not willing to move, im quite happy there. Im offering him up for half lease (3 rides a week at 200$) a month, or a ride by ride lease (25$ a ride). As well, with either lease you would be expected to pay half of all vet and farrier bills.

Either reply to this or send me a txt at 780 667 9554 for more information or if you are interested

Just saw your ad on horsetopia. :)

I suggest stating that he is up for lease as well as for sale in the ad and maybe putting up better jumping pictures. You say he's schooled up to 3'3 and shown to 2'6. However, the two jumping pictures you posted show him only going over fences maybe 2'0 and they do not flatter him at all. He is very sloppy with his front end and it makes me personally doubt he could jump to the height you state. If you say he can do 3'3, shown 2'6 - show it! Maybe get your trainer to take him over some fences and take pictures of those so you can show him in the best way possible. :) Also, a conformation and working undersaddle picture would be nice to see!

I'll let my edmonton friends know about him and pass your ad on their way!
