WTB- Beginner Safe, Patient Pony - Pittsburgh PA

So, anyone want to help me search for a pony?

I give lessons at my barn for a young girl with medical issues. Her grandmother is searching for a pony for her. Because of issues, mounting and dismounting can take quite a bit of time. Narrow horses make her legs hurt. She has pretty good balance, and is trotting some while being led. The girl wants a paint, she wants a pretty horse. I know that has nothing to do with what she needs, but it would be a plus for her. So, here is some of what I am looking for:

*Taller than 13hh - shorter than 14hh
*Older, even up to 20. Some maintenance is fine.
*Very patient, willing to stand for mounting, dismounting.
*Wide pony, must have a wide back.
*Smooth, easy jog
*No cantering necessary
*Close to zipcode 15670, maybe within 200 miles.

Now for the hard part. The budget is low. Less than $1000. I would be interested in leases as well.

So, let me know if you know of something. Or find something.

I looked at some ads in your area for you and this pony really looks like a great one for what you need! We have a Haflinger at my farm and he is awesome. I love these guys.
