| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | About Woodrow | I remember the day i first saw him. It was love at first sight. I had always had a connection with him. Every time i went to his old owners ranch, he was the horse my heart pulled me too. Our destiny was ment to be together. I know that he knows that. Even though i work him so hard everytime i ride him that he is covered in sweat, my boy will still try his best to please me, always. I thank my dad so much for getting me him, there is nothing i could ever do to thank him enough. He got me the love of my life, and my best friend until death. I remember when i got him, he had been isolated and not handled very much at all for 8 months so he was sooo spooky, the only thing he trusted was me, he was scared of dogs, cars, loud noises, everything. He has came soo far, while im riding i spook more then him now! When a bird flies out i will jump and he will just keep going along, im so proud of him. The first time i rode him off my property i went up the gravel road and i loped him and he was so happy to be loved and spent time with again that he kept doing little bucks of joy (: The day i got him i sat in the stall with him just talking to him and being in his presence spending time with him, thats what he needed. And every night i would go give him a goodnight kiss before i went to bed. I would be nothing without Woodrow. He has taught me so much and i love him with all my heart. I have never ridden a horse better then him, and i dont just say that because he is mine, i really havent, he can do anything i ask so greatly, its amazing. If anyone ever hurt him or tried to take him from me i dont know what i would do. Id rather die then live without my boy. He is so trusting, forgiving, and loving. I never truely knew what love was until i met him.
| | Activities | Before i got him he was trained in Western Pleasure but i dont like that so i just trail rode him for the first six months i had him. Then i started barrel racing on him and he is FABULOUS at it! He could seriously be pro if i wanted him too! He is also amazing at jumping, he was never trained for it but i can set up four foot tall jumps around my house and he clears them no problem, in a western saddle! He could also be a racer, he is so fast, he can run 50 miles per hour easily! Ill be galloping down the side of the road and pass cars! Its crazzyy. My boy is amazing at annyything i ask of him (:
