About Rafe	Rafe was born on July 16, 2009 sometime after 3 am. He is now quite the little shit head. Ornery and spoiled but is growing quickly. He is gonna be a big beautiful looker when he is grown. His training is going well, he will stand holding his feet for the farrier and is leading well. Working on his space respect and nipping but it is going well. Update: He is weaned and has been gelded. He is growing well but I am hoping that he won't be quite as big as I was expecting. I am hoping for a little over 16hh though the string test said 17. Another update: He is now 2 years old. He's had the saddle on twice but not been ridden. Waiting for him to mature a bit more before I try that. Stands excellently for whatever I want so now it's just a waiting game until he is ready to be ridden.

He looks a lot like a QH, not a draft cross. Most belgian crosses are big and hunky. He's so cute, and pretty!
