She is a great trail horse and has never refused or spooked on the trail. She is fine as the leader or the follower. I've had no problem with her getting buddy bound and another horse can trot off without her getting anxious about catching up. She is more for intermediate riders and above since she needs to know who is in charge and will try you to find out.
