There's not a ton, so it should be easy to search for the ones who have both. Off the top of my head, a few are College of Charleston, UGA and South Carolina.
Also, you may need to know that the NCAA programs are highly
competitive, just like other collegiate athletics. You need a pretty heavy background in showing and winning. Conversely, IHSA is set up so riders of all
abilities can compete and show. They have everything from walk-trot classes to open classes that jump up to 3'3". Some schools treat their programs like a club sport, while others treat it like a full athletic team.
