Wit's End Farm (NJ)?

Are any of you familiar with this barn and/or know anything about the owner?

I'm just trying to gather some information (more than what I can find online on their website, etc.) and I really love to get some opinions. If you don't feel comfortable responding to this post just send me a message. :) Thanks so much!
