Yep that is how you do it -I would only add one more thing "supportive friend tells you that now you really are a cowgirl as you are making sure nothing is broken".

Unfortunately for me my last bucking off was this epic. And it just happened a few short weeks ago... I still have brusies... so its very fresh in my mind.

My audience included my dad (he is also my Best Friend), my hot trainer, the vet, a friend of the family, some girl I cannot stand, and another one of my trainers hot friends.

Horse was going along fine and had to wait until we were right infront of everyone. He put his head down to act as though he was going to "sniff" the drop off we were going to step over and launched all 4 feet into the air. I held on for about 4 bucks hoping I could ride it out then he rolled his whole body and flung me. I was yelling the whole time, seeing stars when I hit the ground, and layed there while the horse looked at me. He didnt run off instead he stood over me and appeared to be laughing at me. Needless to say I am still being haggled for that incident, thank god they were not around 10 minutes later when he bucked me off again....

At least you got back on the second time. I wasn't that brave.

Would getting flipped around as your horse bucked and falling off be epi?

Forgot one thing, if you get up spitting dirt out of your mouth it gets extra laughs

LMAO!!! LOVE IT!!! I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. Thank you for that!

Horslvr, thanks for that story! Now we all have something we can aspire toward! :)

But for reals, that sucks. I'm glad you're ok.
