Sorry if i say any that have already been said...

Yes, I smell like horses, and I think I smell far better than any perfumes that you wear.

Not all tack fits all horses, so that old saddle you got off eBay may not fit your horse.

I had a situation the other day were this young girl wanted to ride the same horse as me, she had only just started and had no experience, the horse i ride is for intermediate to experienced riders only and he does not do well with beginners.

A horse will not jump if you just sit there, if it does you will most likely end up on the ground.

A horse that pins its ears back and begins trying to bite you is not being cute!

Thats all i can think off for now :)

Omg! Number 24. My dad told family friends of ours that they could ride my horse, failed to inform me of this until two weeks later when said family was coming to the stable to ride my horse. My horse was not a children's horse. He could be dangerous when not handled properly and my dad just willy nilly told family friends they could ride him. I was livid an proceeded to lecture him on the huge liability he'd just created for me. Thankfully none of the adults wanted to ride him because that would not have ended well. He tolerated the children. Mostly because I had a halter and a lead rope on him, and hand walked him around with little kids bouncing on his back. One of the parents actually had the audacity to ask me why he couldn't go faster and why his kid couldn't ride the horse herself. O_o

How about being able to explain to non horse people who really want a horse that they can live to be 30 years old, the last 5-10 years of their life they are not going to be able to be ridden, and there is a lot of work an expense involved in owning them and maintaining the facilities in which you keep them.

Horses are not pets like dogs, they need more than just putting food and water out for them and letting them out in the back yard.

They are a huge responsibility.

Yeah, seen too many bad situations around.

we use to have jointed tracks on the chinford branch.
the electric multpul units doing 60 mph over 60 foot lengths of rail with the odd 30 foot clousure rail thrown in it was like rideing my pony to the beats of the rail joints with the units wheels.

#2 was so much my husband when we first got married. My ankle was crushed and knee was broken by a horse who flipped and fell on me. He kept telling people I 'fell off.' Until I firmly reminded him one day the horse fell ON me, I had no say in "falling" lol.

I wish I could tell people who rant about horses who poop on trails that tell us to "control our horses manure." Sure wish I could tell my horse "Hey Logan, please wait to poop until you're in the trailer." *eyeroll* lol.

Informing my (sometimes idiotic) best friend that my horse is not stupid, he is spirited. Just because his tail waves around like a flag and you think it looks dumb, does not make him dumb .-.

In relation to Hang on Fi....

When people ask me if I have ever fallen off a horse, I always say that I don't fall off horses, I get bucked off and yes I have had some unexpected dismounts

Having a horse that poops a lot on the trails, I hate having to worry about who is going to complain. The can either walk around it, clean it up, or put it is a compost pile to make better soil. Horses poop. Get over it.

Non horse friend: "awwwww, your little pony is sooo cute! Look at those big eyes!"
Me: "..... He's not a pony, he's an Arabian. Arabians are horses...."
Non horse friend: "he looks so sweet! Can I ride him?"
Me: "do you want to die?"
