It'd take me while to walk Henny all the way to Tia's house LOL

Start packing? I have a survival backpack in my basement (AKA my escape route, it leads past my tack.)

A lot of the small islands around here have lots of deer and the land is good for planting. I'd also definitely raid a nearby vineyard to stock up on the essentials.

Shove the horses and animals and everything else we have into the trailer and vehicles and head for the hills. I've watched these films - they mostly seem to hang out in cities and towns
Failing that - adopt the 'if you can't beat them join them' attitude
The look would suit me - pretty much what I see in the mirror every morning so I'm used to it

I think adopting an island as a safe haven would be a great idea. We would have to regulate the livestock(deer) and ensure that we don't eat all of them at once LOL. We could regulate their breeding, maybe even build make-shift fences so we could rotate them between "pastures" so they don't kill the land.

I'm all for building a chain of communities and setting up a whole new economy. I mean there is plenty of plundering to do, that alone would open tons of doors for trading between "communities" The hardest part would be regulating the dead bodies that are sure to come along, I'd hate for another "Crawford" scenario and we end up trapped inside with a bunch of zombies O_O stupid walkers.

Good idea - will we all have to wear hats like your horses because I'm in if you do - such a cool look

I might have a few other Squid hats laying around, we can all be the Squid Clan.

I'm sure miss Scribbles there won't mind if we steal her style :P
