I don't know if there's anything specific you're looking for, but basically the best advice I can give you is RELAX! Don't stress, and just go in the ring and do your best. Try to keep calm and focus on one jump at a time.

Good luck! Let us know how you do.

Don't forget to breathe. Sounds silly, but when you tense up you hold your breath.

The best advice I can give is make sure you're properly prepared. Have all your stuff together, double check everything. Nothing is worse than forgetting something. I've forgotten my blazer before, I have a friend who forgot her saddle. Lol. And relax! That is a big one for me. It's supposed to be fun, there's no point in getting overly stressed. You and your horse will enjoy yourselves a lot more if you're relaxed.

I'm guessing your show is already over, hope you had fun!

My best advice is have fun!! Don't get caught up in the "I'm better then so and so cause I got first" or "I suck because I didn't win anything". I can't stand that attitude! I think of a horse show as a cake! The ribbons, trophies, etc are just the icing and sprinkles, basically you don't need them, their extras, but it's nice if you get them!
