Blegh...miserable ride this morning...

Don't you just hate it when you and your horse aren't jiving? Parker and I were just "off" this morning. Blegh... Always tomorrow though.

Heat index was 112 yesterday I think. Luckily (or unluckily depending on how you look at it) I ride at 6:30 in the morning. I don't have a reliable sitter for my daughter so I have to ride before my husband goes to work. Although it was still in the 80s at that time...so yeah its hot!

I hate that. I always tend to overanalyze it too and stress until my next lesson. I guess it's all just part of working with large animals that have a brain and agenda of their own. They are never the same, just as we are never the same every day. That's what makes it so fun. It's all those small little crappy days that make the good days really good!
