Can she jump?

Yes, I know any horse can jump... At least 1-2 feet... :D

I started dressage lessons with her (just 2 so far since mid Aug, mostly because I usually drive my qh to the lessons, but I use what I've been taught with her as well). I'm wondering if she'll make a good jumper (and it worth to start taking jumping lessons with her next spring).

Feel free to be harsh about her or me (just as a note, all my jumping experience is couple months of jumping lessons at the most, and her's zero).

1st video is from last week, 2nd - from last month (I do it just to do something different once in while).

Oh, yes, and THIS is how she looked like before I started with my current trainer. :D

Thank you very much, All! :)

My old trainer said she's useless (hmmmm.... that sounds familiar, my qh is not good for anything either  :D ). And my current (dressage) trainer didn't hold her breath on 1st lesson telling me dressage doesn't look like her thing as she's too busy minded (and she was pretty excited about the qh, even though her confo is worse comparable to paint). I know my trainer (who also the BO) has eventing instructor teaching in her place, and she suggested me to try her. I think if she'll come nicely on flat (which is #1 IMHO), I'll give it a try to see what other trainer will say about her.

She's very cute. As you said, any horse can jump.

I'd be interested to see what she does when she has some impulsion to a fence. That will be your sign. But why not advance her as far as possible, if she's a busy mind, she'll probably like it.

She cleared 5 ft fence going uphill at 2.5 years old (and being just little over 14 hh) as nothing. So I assume she's capable to jump. Just need a proper training (as with any discipline :) ). So it'll be indeed interesting to see. The only problem I doubt she'll work for the trainer, so we'll have to learn together. :)
