Drill Team with Jumping

So we've decided to try and incorporate some jumps into our drill for next year. Has anyone else done it? There are only about 4 people on the team who would be jumping, the rest would be riding western 2 english would remain together at all times on the drill. Do you think it would be possible or do you think it would look bad with the mixed disciplines?

Any good drill writers out there who can help out?

And for people who were looking to see some cool pictures/video, here is our inspiration:

Of course..with out fire and explosions...

I think it looks like an awesome idea! I don't know anything about drill team really except a few of the basic movements, but I think adding jumping in would be exciting for the team and the audience. I also don't think it would be weird to have western and english as long as everyone was dressed the same. Most non-horse people probably wouldn't even notice

ETA: Some of the lighting in the video you posted would give me a seizure if I was riding there. Haha. Way too much flashing!

Haha, no kidding.

We're trying to think of a way to make it cool, but I'm really hoping we could do it. It'd be really fun I think!

No matter how many times I see that video, I'm still amazed.

Anyways, I think incorporating jumps is a great idea too, but I don't have any suggestions on how you could do it, haha. Sorry!

Woah, jumping through the paper SO cool. Love how they come out bareback at the end too really neat. Don't know much about drill teams unfortunately but awesome inspiration!
