Have an exsperianced horse person/trainer go with you, and do a PPE before buying.

If a PPE is 100% clean, move one to the next one, even if you are emotionaly attached.

I bought my current jumper on talent alone. He didn't have a very enjoyable personality, but he passed the PPE and his jump was supremely correct. My trainer rode him first, and then I hopped him over a couple fences myself. He nearly jumped me out of the tack... so I knew I had to have him. Haha!

My friend and her dad are going to go with me to see any horses that I am interested in. I haven't gone to see any horses yet, but hopefully I will soon.

The only problem is that I don't have any money. Know any good ways to make money?

Also, what is a PPE?
