Two poles 48' apart. Trot or canter over the first one, make a nice perfect circle (heh heh heh), go back over the center of the same pole > find a perfect distance to the next pole and repeat. Sounds easy, but try it. For variations, try getting an extra canter stride in between poles, leave one out, etc. Try throwing in trot/canter transsisions between the circling part and the straight part. I saw this at a clinic and had no idea how much you can do with two ground poles.
