Help with confidence while riding

Hey, a few months ago I fell of a horse while jumping 3'6". I got a concussion and some other injuries. Since then I've had issuses with jumping. Iwas wondering if anyone had any tips or ideas to help me get my confidence back.

Yearling
I fell off once, shattered my skull, and was in a coma for 15 days. It took me a few months, but once I was ready to ride again, my trainer handed me the reins to the sweetest lesson horse on the planet. That may be all you need right now. A kind, willing, gentle, packer that will allow you to mess up and better yet, succeed!!!
