so, how come there are not many guys at hunter jumper shows but like tons in the upper and grand prix levels- or am i just not noticing? just wondering? :?:?:?
Oh they are out there but you need to look in the back field where they are staring at the girls in very tight see through breeches and wearing thongs !!!
there is a decent amount my area. No one enters Hunter Hack but we have anywhere from 8-12 ppl for out Hunters and jumper classes. The most we have had in one class was 15 people.
Because it would look like u r gay LOL i think You would lose all your manliness once as you ride english ha ha ha. No offense to guys that ride english LOL.
Lol, funny thing my school counselor was telling me (She went to school at a riding academy for 4 years)
We tend to take our men the same way we take our horses.
And something my Art teacher told me (breeder of Peruvian Pasos)
Men thend to get more into it with more drive, while women tend to do it much more for enjoyment whether or not they realize it.
So men tend to go farther I guess? I could see how that would work, they're a little more competitive than we are when they want to be.
Well. I know a guy who events and he is like the only guy at the shows! AND he is the only guy on his team, so he gets ALOT of atention from girls. im supprised more guys don't do that, lol!

Or just ride a bronc or a bull and then u don't have to lose any man points or look gay or feel uncomfortable with a wedgie all the time HA HA HA. Or maybe some barrels and polls too LOL. Hate to say it but i think once a guy rides english he loses all his man points ha ha.
sadly i wont to become a jockey so i guess ill have to hand mine in soon enough grrr why coulnd't jockys look more manly LOL.
I think it's because some girls start riding just because it's a status symbol and when it gets hard they quit. Whereas guys that ride are stigmatized, so if they do ride it's because they're serious about it.
yea, I like getting down and dirty, and hunters seem to disapline their horses more like, they hit them if they refuse a jump and stuff
