I Built Some New Jump Standards with Window Blinds

I've been working on these for a little while and finally got them completed. Found the vinyl window blinds in one of those Habitat for Humanity Re-Store Outlets for less than $20 and figured I could get a jump standard frame around them without too much trouble. They turned out looking pretty good.....

ponypile, Wallaby, smrobs and 5 others like this.

Some people are proud and haughty because they ride a fine horse, or have a feather in their hat, or are very well dressed. This is obviously folly for if there is any glory here, it belongs to the horse, or the bird or the tailor. --- St. Francis de Sales (1567-1622)

creative!

Equestrianism; 10% luck, 20% skill, 15% concentrated power of will, 5% pleasure, 50% pain and 100% reason to remember you're absolutely insane to be riding a beast that big.
