Jumped big yesterday! :)

Yesterday I had a lesson on my horse. I usually lesson on Thursdays but my trainer has been sick and just recently over the past couple of days has gotten better. I had a great lesson! I did fall off twice but at the very end I jumped 3'!! It was the back end of a grid but omg I was so happy! And so very proud of my horse ;P He was a very good boy.

I just had to tell anybody who would care to listen... we both have come such a long way in the year I have leased him. Before I started riding him he'd never jumped or anything so this is big for me. :)

Thx for reading!

and for kicks - us at my last horse show. :)

Thank you everyone! :) When I went through the grid the last time my trainer put up the fences and the last one looked waaay over 2'6" which is the highest I'd jumped but I didn't say anything. The only thing going through my mind was "I'm going top get over that darn fence no matter what happens!" lol! After I had jumped it, my trainer looks at me and is like, "Leah... that was 3'0"!"

Best day ever, haha.

Love that awesome feel when the coach tricks you! What is it about 3' that we focus so much on it?

If your horse says no, you either asked the wrong question or asked the question wrong

And God took a handful of southerly wind, blew His breath over it and created the horse
