Exclamation Jumping ahead help - Thank you!

Well I had posted a post about me jumping ahead and tips to help and to help bend at the hip, and another thread "eek! exc. " I saw some great advice. Instead of stealing another thread or pming everyone I thought I would post just to say thank you. My position is 100x better, the jumping ahead was hopfully a bad phase and will be over.

Many of you posted exercises to do at the halt, walk, trot and canter and gave descriptive images of how and what to feel. What I was doing was locking my leg and doing that meant no bend. I also DROPPED my stirrups a few holes. I think I just kept shortening and shortening that my leg was so jammed up there was no bend. My saddle aslo played a huge role in my jumping ahead so it is going to get fixed this week. My coach has been a great help too but I needed to read a lot of different tips to find the one that worked best for me. I am so glad I have gotten this sorted out. These are pictures of earlier this year, at a show and then yesterday, no not perfect but night and day from before. This has been my first jumping lesson in almost 2 weeks because my coach has been sick so I have taken that 2 weeks to practice on my own so hopfully it will only get better from here! It looks like I'm pinching but trust me.. I'm not lol!
