Jumping Position

I only ride once a week and would really like to know a few tips on the jumping position, you see, when I jump I seem to get left behind most of the time, can you please give me a few tips? I would really like to become a better jumper.
Thanks,
Showjumper18.

Try practicing going over poles in the 2 point position and put a jump at the end. Also to help with your seat half seat around the course and just bend a little at the hips while going over the jump. Hope it helps!
