I'm not proud of this one...and I honestly can't tell you what exactly happened...

It was Velvet's first ever show and she was really full of it! She was very tense in the beginning but settled down really well afterwards... She took a flying leap over this jump, about a stride before she should've and taught me totally off balance and unawares!!!

She jumped BEAUTIFULLy in the actual competition though! Especially for such a baby! She didn't look or spook at a single thing and jumped everything like a star without one stop!!!

But yeah, here it is...Velvet's carousel horse impersonation...

Yea i was fine i had a bit of a headach when i got back on. Thank god for helmets:)

One of my first shows on Brutus:

It was really my lack of experience that I let him refuse. I hadn't been jumping long and I just thought that he would lead me straight to it like he usually did. He stopped sharp and I was getting into two-point at the time so I just went straight of his shoulder. I like the fact that I'm pretty much in two-point flying through the air.


Also, apparently I was number 278, lol.

The photographer was super nice and gave me the picture for free. As this photo is from the website it has "proof" written on it. Sorry about that.
