    Exclamation Need a little help

I had a fall well jumping and me and the horse both fell and now I have a fear of it and the horse I was riding is a good school horse. Know I am riding a new horse because the other one back was hurting her for a while. This is not the fist time I have fall off but it just saced me. How can I get some confidence back in my riding

Just by doing it really. I bashed my mouth and ended up loosing teeth on a cross country trail ride quite a few years ago... it takes time. My amazing coach basically made me do jumping within a few days after , I don't fear it anymore. Back in January I went flying over my horses head and ended up getting a concussion , I was pretty scared after... but if its something you love you will go back and do it again :) Take it slow , know that you will jump again ... you just need time to believe in yourself and your horse again :)
