that was good for your first bounce! :)
But like MIeventer said you need to work on your seat over fences and bend at the hip, your jumping way ahead from what I could see.

Practice makes perfect!

Good job though.

Well the last few days, I've been working on nothing but my seat (and of course I didn't take any videos because I forgot!!!) Yesterday I did a bareback session with nothing but slow trotting/walk transitions to work on my balance. Every time I do that it seems like the next day when I put a saddle on it does WONDERS for my seat! And I haven't done bareback in awhile so I thought it'd be fun (plus Sandie enjoys having no saddle or girth - she has a great back for bareback riding, very comfy since she practically has no withers lol)

I'm going to have a lesson this week either tomorrow or Thursday, and I'm hoping that if we do any jumping late in the lesson, some of this week's balance practice will pay off and I'll see some slight improvement in my jumping form I'll have to remember to take some more videos so I can tell!
