I've been jumping low heights like 12in-2 ft off and on for a while and I still have issues with my shoulders folding over and my pelvis goes forward. I feel that when I work out and do stuff like plyometrics it helps. But does anyone know what else I can do? I ride once a week and sometimes twice but not often. So I do a lot of 2 point when I ride but I have tight hips. Does anyone else have this problem? It's keeping me from progressing and it's frustrating.
