I think the amount of flatwork you have is good, especially the fact that you showed his transition from the trot to canter. The only thing I would recommend is that if your advertising him as a Hunter then you might want to put a video up of him completing a course, to show how he moves around a course and his changes.
I agree with one of the above posts. If you're advertising him as a hunter you need to get some footage of him jumping more then one jump! Doesn't look like you can make an extensive course at your place but the more you can do the better, with lead changes is preferable. Courses at shows are always great, if you have any. Some pics over fences would be great too.
