1st. Pic. It looks like you are in a bit of a chair position, and your leg is swung forward. It could be the position of the camera though.
2nd pic. NEVER look at the jump. Try to keep your upper body taller. Try to get off his neck.
Vidio.Get out of your knee a bit more. It looks like your using it to keep yourself in the saddle. Try to sit on your pockets, it looks like your leaning forward a lttle too much. Good halfseat.

    - look up
    - please put a different bit on your horse- you have a bit that is a bit harsh and with you learning how to jump you need to not have a bit that you will not hurt his mouth with
    - heels down please :)
    - open up your hip angle

If you are in sync with your horse he will life you out of the saddle and you will go with him...

Keep up the good work! :)
yeah ik~ I use a different bit now.... my instructor just told me I could hurt his mouth and no way would I want 2 do that... I use a kinmerwick in the video which is what I use so he wint hurt his mouth

Hi! You look like you have a lot of potential, just remember a couple of things (sorry if this is a repeat I didn't read the above posts =]):
    -Look up!
-Release a little more with your arm.
    -Don't lean!
-Relax and wait for the jump to come to you, you seem anxious to jump, but it will come!
-Don't lean so far forward, open your hip angle a little bit, you have a nice straight back, putting your shoulders back might help with that.
    I hope I helped a little bit!
