so weve established the going up, now to the coming down!

We have established going up over the jump but what about coming back down? What can you do to make you more secure on landing?

Im not to sure what you mean as long as you are in the correct person when their front legs hit the floor you start sitting up give with your hands its easier then you think!

Are you falling forward on landing or falling back ?

If it were me I would do alot of 2-point at walk trot and canter and over poles, to help strengthen your core muscles. And some no stirrups work to make sure your base is strong enough to support your upper body over the jumps.

I always tell myself when im doing these exercises " if it hurts, its working and it probably looks good" lol lots of luck to you
