Some fun thing to do with my horse

Will I ride two time week one is a lessen but the other I can do whatever I would like as long as it is not jumping. So do you have Even idle.

Are you asking what excercises you can do rather then jumping?
You can do lots of pole work, set a course of just poles, trot poles & canter poles. Figure eights, lenthening & shortening, etc...

Well, maybe teach him to side pass.
or neck rein (always fun)
go on a trail ride?
lead changes? (simple and flying)
do some collecting and extending at all your gaits
start "bomb proofing" your horse. Get him/her used to tarps, funny noises, walking over weird things.
