So, I am starting jumping lessons this next week I have done jumping a few years back, and it was quite fun!
But, I could never get my position correct.. I didnt really understand what my instructor was saying.. shoulders up, stomach sucked down..
But when I look at pics and internet articles I know the proper position. But, when I ride, I can't tell what I look like, so I feel weird.
Does anyone have any tips for getting in the proper position and developing it? Or any pictures, videos?
