Timmy's "firsts"

I am sooo proud of my boy today. We had our first hour long lesson with a bunch of other horses (all mares) in the jumping ring. He has never gone this long. Nor has he ridden with this many horses. Nor been in the jumping ring.

He was sooooo good. He hardly did any looking. He went over his trot poles with no problems.

AND he jumped his first tiny little jump. He didn't even look at it. I was sooooo proud of him. My instructor even said that he looks better from the last time that she saw him. She said he was much straighter and very willing.

I just wanted to share with you guys my great accomplishment with him today.

Sadly, I don't have any photos because I go to the farm by myself. No one goes with me. I just wish that I could get someone to come with me so I could get some photos of me riding.

Timmy is such a great horse. I'm so glad that I bought him.

We have so much to do together. YAAAAAAY!!!

Congrats! It is so nice when you go take a lesson and after it has been awhile the instructor has good things to say about your horse! It is nice for the instructor too!! =) I am glad things went so well and you are having fun with your guy! Yay for good lessons!

That's exciting!!

Thanks guys...I just had such a high afterwards. I love that feeling. It is the best. I can't wait to see where Timmy and I will go and do.
