Wooh! I'm finally starting to jump bigger! :D

I've been riding for nearly 10 years but it's not until this year or so that I've really done much bigger than 2'6 or so. Super slow progress, but I think it's helped me really establish a better base than just throwing myself over something just to say I've jumped decent size jumps.
Anyways, a few weeks ago me and Roxy did 3' for the first time. Now she's knocking rails on anything under 2'6 because she's realized its no fun jumping little And then yesterday I was riding with a friend of mine who has all foxhunters who laugh at 3', and we got up to 3'6 courses no problem! I'm so excited!! It wasn't always very pretty, but we got over everything :)

The first picture is me and Roxy's first time doing 3'. The last one is me and my friend's horse, who I'd only jumped once (as in one jump.) before that picture. And the others are her teensy pony fox hunter who I'm a little in love with. Ignore my crappy position over most of them, haha.

I think you look quite nice. You have a pretty solid workmanlike position. Keep up the good work.

Awww, you guys look so nice! I can't wait till I get my mare trained to jump over more exciting stuff! She's only been jumping for one month, so we've been keeping it to crossrails for now =)

Thanks!! Don't worry Indigo, this was from this past weekend. The jump with the towel was just under 3'6. The other one is 3'. (Not the best eq that day...whoops!) We were schooling 18'' to 2' last year. You'll get there! It's definitely worth waiting :)
