Forgot a Hi All Post

Totally forgot to post a "hi all" message, so here goes!

Hi all. I am Heather, and I am from South Dakota. Origonally from Seattle, born and raised, I moved out here to be with my mom. I have been riding horses since I was about 3 months old. The first horse I ever rode was also my favorite horse. His name was Raider and we had him for over 20 years until we sadly had to put him down in 2010 as he was 27 years old and could hardly walk anymore due to fluid in his knees. He was one of the best team ropin horses you could find out there though!!!! I got my last ride with him bareback about 2 weeks before we put him down. I havent had any horses since I was about 10 but I get close to them and ride whenever I get the chance! My stepdads family has a 25000 acre ranch and I try to get down there to ride whenever I can, whether it be for pleasure or to work. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask, I wont hide anything!!!

When I see a horse, it's like seeing my spirit freed.

I will have pictures when i get them out of boxes from when we moved and scan them on the computer. He was a black quarter horse with a white blaze.
