My name is Kristy but everyone just calls me Miss Twisty.
I'm blonde with blue eyes and I'm very, VERY short but thats no problem for me . I'm 17 right now and will be 18 on the 23rd of May. I have a wonderful fella called Blinky and we've been together for a fair while.
As you would expect I love horses. I've been riding since I was about 2.5 years old. At the moment I have too many horses to mention! But my most used are:
Buttons: Buttons is a 3yr old Australian Stock Horse that I bred back in 03. She's a rich chestnut with a small blaze on her face. She has only recently been broken by my father so I hope to ride her this weekend.
Image: Image is my campdrafter. She's 14.3hh, chestnut with a large blaze. She's an Australian Quarter Horse. I've had her since 99. She's a Novice drafter as she won a draft at the end of last year.
Well a little more about me:
I don't only have the horses that I mentioned the other day. I have *stops to count horses on fingers and toes* I think I have 29 all up at the moment. Thats including: A stallion, brood mares, foals and show horses. But I wouldn't say thats too many!! lol. They are a mix of ASH's, TB's and one QH. Oh and a few crosses in-between.
Only have three at home with me now. I did have four but we lost a really nice mare the 11th of this month which was quite sad but these things happen unfortunately.
I travel to allot of campdrafts and rodeos. I also show my horses, but it's not as big as campdrafting for me. Thats my element.
Ummm... What else should you people know about me...? Probably not much!! lol Nar. I love my utes, especially old Holdens. My partner and I have 4 WB Holdens sitting round our yards in bits. I guess you would call it "a work in progress". We'll get there one day. Just one of those things. But for the moment I'll settle for my little old Aunty Camry. She's called Aunty Camry cause my mate has an old Navara that we call Nana cause she ain't that fast but she's good down hill (Like Nana's in wheel chairs!!).... We reckon they're related!!
But anyway, I must go as a storm's coming closer.
