Smile Greetings for North Texas

Hi All,
I visited this site several years ago, and found everyone so friendly (and helpful). Life got busy and the horses have taken a back burner, until we recently got the "bug" again after attending the World Show (just as spectators this time). We're from North Texas (near Hwy 377's horsey-world). :)
By using this forum, I hope to keep the horse "bug" up so that I can get my poor horses back into us again. We've got too many (eight of them), all by World Champions (reining and pleasure) and none of them being used at all. I feel like a very neglectful owner (although they're happy in horse heaven, doing nothing but eating and relaxing!).
Anyone going to the NRHA futurity?

Welcome from Ohio. Sounds like you have some great horses

Greetings and welcome, I am from TX as well. Good to have you here. :) Although I love to watch the NRHA, my job and other time restraints generally don't allow me to go to the shows. I get my fix from riding my horses and watching what I can on TV. ;)

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/

I not going to the NRHA but would love to good to the NCHA big show in Fort Worth. Welcome and enjoy the ride.

A good cowboy always has a better horse at the end of the ride, a poor cowboy will be afoot reguardless of the horse.
