Greetings from Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico!

My name is Froylan Martinez, I go by the nickname "El Charro". I came to this forum seeking information and help before I buy my very first horse. I don't know exactly where to start but in a few months I will start building a horse shed in my backyard. I have no knowledge of how to take care of a horse or how to ride one. I hope to learn a thing or two in this forum.

Hi, Welcome to the Forum.

Since you admittedly do not know a lot about horses or riding, why don't you get acquainted with an experienced trainer or very horse-savvy person and hang around them and their horses for a while. The more you know about horses and their proper handling, the more successful your horse experiences will be.

Good luck in your quest for horse knowledge.
