Greets from Germany

Hi,

I'm 23 years old, german and absolute crazy about horses ^^ I thought register myself in an english spoken forum, could train me a little bit in english language (so, please don't kill me, if I bother things like grammatic. It's no purpose And please, if there are big mistakes point to it ^^)

Ok, some infos to my person:
My friends call me Pega, which comes from Pegaeselchen (a donkey with wings, like Pegasus ^^)
I study biology in Giessen (which is in the middle of Germany), love animals, good books (fantasy, historical and manga), having fun with my friends, riding and thousand things more which I forgot right now

Apart from my 3 guineapigs, I have a horse (which enjoy her long freetime on the paddock while I'm away from home for the study) and my parents have an old dog. But I hope I can get an own dog after my bachelor next year

The name of my horse is Lotte, but sometimes I call her Lotte Lustig or, when I' m angry Fräulein Lustig (Lustig means funny, Fräulein means Miss). She is a very fat haflinger and she can be very cheeky. We love riding outside.

So, if you have questions don't hesitate to ask me ^^

Welcome. I want to learn more German. Thayt is my heritage. My grandmother is from Austria. Gutentag is the only german word I remember. And I know I spelled it wrong but that's the only way I know how. Anyhoo, welcome to the forum and don't hesitate to teach us german. I put it in my memo as I am learning dutch right now.

Welcom Pega,

Your English isn't perfect, but it is perfectly understandable. It sounds like you have a very nice life over there in Germany. The image of your parents with the old dog and your naughty Haflinger is very charming. I love haflingers! Such versitile horses. Please post a picture when you have the time.
Cheers!

Herzlich Wilkommen hier im Forum.

Your English is pretty good. I wish I could write German as well as you write English. I love German/Germany. =)
We would love to see pictures of your horse. She sounds like she has a lot of personality. It's cute the names you have for her depending on your/her mood.
(my horse's nickname is "Mädchen") ;)

I hope you enjoy the forum here.
