I stumbled across this forum today and it seemed to full of helpful information that I had to join :D
I've been riding for about 13 years now, have owned my own horse since I was 11. I currently have only 1, which is my first youngster, I've had her since she was a weanling. She is 5 now and after a couple summers of rough luck I've started her under saddle and we are doing good. Even went to her first show this past weekend for an outing experience. Only showed in a showmanship class and we did horrible lol, but considering all the mayhem going on around she did very well throughout the weekend. I plan on taking her back next year for western pleasure and english flat classes now that I board somewhere with an indoor and can keep riding during the winter.
Now off to go explore this forum some more! :)

Welcome to the neighborhood! I also have a youngster I've raised, he's a 4 yr old KMSH gelding. I TOTALLY understand the first show fumble, lol. The first undersaddle class I took him into he blew up and started bucking in the ring xp. He tried to tell me it was the banner that scared him but since he tries to eat the banners at home I didn't buy it,lol. This is a great, friendly forum for the most part, I am sure you'll love it!
