    Hello All!

    Hello everyone :)
My name is Courtney, and I have been riding hunter/equitation for 6 (almost 7) years. I currently own a 4 (turning 5 next year) Dutch Sports Pony. His name is St. Elmo's Fire, barn name Elmo. He's so sweet and beautiful!
I hope to start showing soon with him in the 2' divisions, and work our way up to 3' from there.

    See all of you around!

    Dear Courtney,
Welcome to The Horse Forum! I'm sure you will love it here, as there are lots of friendly people to exchange knowledge with. Also, if you have a question feel free to post it on one of the many threads, and you might even be so lucky as to get a reply within minutes!

My name is Lauren, and I am a competitive hunter/jumper/equitation rider as well. I work at a horse stable and care for my pony, "Cody", or "Bright Potential." As a team, we are jumping 1"0-2"6 right now, but are hoping to advance come 2010. I have been riding practically since I could walk, but have just gotten serious about it throughout the last four years (since I've worked at the stable). I would love to exchange information with you as we are involved in the same type of eventing. Elmo is gorgeous, how tall is he? Where are you from? I'm from southern Florida, where we only have two seasons!: Warm, and Hot! I'm fourteen years old, and as I can see you are studying for your finals, just like I am!

I am going to be starting to show in the 2" divisions soon, I've only practiced high jumps around the stable, so we will see how that goes. You can only take it slowly and work your way up that way to see real improvement.
