    Hello! Aloha!

    Hello,
I'm Futures Truth. I'm a lurker and I'll post from time to time. I'm an 18 year old guy. Student in high school going to college. I don't know for what though. I use to ride horses from age 5 till about 8. English saddle. Than came moving to Pittsburgh and a whole pit of depression. So I stopped riding horses. I started getting into horses again over the last three years. Grooming them, and helping take care of them. What really sparked my interest again was camping, on an island in Maryland with boyscouts, and waking up to Wild Horses, right outside our tents. Didn't hurt us, but was an amazing experience. So now I'm working on getting a job, and looking into stables around here, that would help me train, and shelter a horse. My mom is willing to help with it all also. I love animals and always have. Horses & Dogs have always been a part of my life, and I finally think I'm at a point in my life where i'm mature enough to handle a lot. Plus I would love a horse to call my own, train, groom, and such.
    Thanks for reading this.
I hope I have fun here and get to know a lot of year.
P.S. Anyone around PA, NJ, DE, MD??

Welcome to the HF :) That would have been an amazing experience waking up to wild horses. Do you recall the island you were on? There is a woman in our saddle club who rides a horse from up east someplace. It was from a rescue on an island where wild horses roam. Anyway, hope to see you post LOTS feel free to jump in anytime.
