Hello from east Texas

Hello, my name is Keena, got my new horse Cowgirl couple of months ago, she and I need alot of work any advice is appreciated. Problems I am having with her is longing shewon't do it on a rope will one direction without rope, she wrings her tail when I ride her and threw me off when I rode her outside corral. She's a sweet horse but doesn't respect me. Possibly she has mouth pain she reared twice never bucked me but did a spin around and reared, so I got a side pull hackamor to eliminate the mouth pain with bits after trying several bits including a snaffle. She rides perfect for a friend of mine, but senses Fear in me and test me every time so what do I do? I don't want to end up with broken back my friends aunt rode her she bucked her off in the wooded trail and broke her back. But don't want to stay afraid either. I really believe in the Clinton Anderson method and want to be able to use his methods but cannot get her to lunge for me.
