    Hello from Hong Kong!

Hello, my name is Colette! I'm 19 years old, and I am from New York but now live in Hong Kong. I love horseback riding, and have been riding off and on for the past 10 years. I stopped riding for about 6 years when we moved to new york, but started riding again this past summer, so I am now an advanced beginner. I love photography, have done whitewater rafting once and loved it, and I like reading and writing. I like to do anything with my hands. My mom is allergic to animals with fur or hair, so riding is a really great thing for me to do, since it's my only time I can be with animals. I moved back to Hong Kong three years ago. Although Hong Kong is my real home, Martha's Vineyard, MA, is more home to me than anywhere else, especially the barn I rode at for three weeks there this summer. I do dressage riding, and might start jumping (the barn here in Hong Kong I have found only offers dressage to advanced riders), and I love fashion. I can be a girly-girl, but at the same time, I'd rather muck out a stall than clean my room any day, and my favorite smells are my riding pants and hay. I can't wait to get to know people on this website! Bye!

    Welcome to the forum.

I don't believe we have very many folks from Asia in here; it's nice to have you!

I'm from Westchester. You? I'm originally from Massachusetts, but I've never lived there. I just grew up in NY.
